1| Business case & Feasibility
During the project kick-off, we identify the project objectives and specific needs in close consultation with the client, identification of the stakeholders, discussing the risks, costs and possible alternatives. During this step we define the vision and scope of the project. If desired for the stakeholders involved, we can draw up a Business case or feasibility study for the investment.
2| Draw-up of Specifications
If the concept proposal receives the green light of the client, a detailed description will be made up in de project specifications. Here we preform the needed engineering, search for the applicable standards, draw the needed plans or describe the needed functionality. If desired, the technical specifications can be append with safety and operating requirements.


3| Procurement
When there is consensus on the (technical) specifications, this document is added to the RFQ. Supplier sourcing is preferred to be done in consultation with the client. All bids are evaluated for completeness, cleanliness, technical, financial and other aspects to arrive at an objective quotation. Assertive negotiation with commercial insight finalize this step.
4| Construction
Close monitoring during execution of any project is paramount in delivering the desired quality and ensuring a high level of safety. Reporting is done weekly, as well as when project milestones are reached. Periodic meetings are held with the client to track the progress and verify the state of planning. Addressing and correcting mistakes during execution secures the project objectives.


5| Provisional acceptance
When the project execution is completed we check the conformity with specifications, test the functionality and if required, manage the third party inspection and certifications.
6| As-built
After physical completion of the project, all documentation including supporting files for specifications, as-built file of the contractor, inspection documents and calculation notes are handed over to the client. Transparency throughout will help future projects and Strengthen in-house knowledge. Complete and correct documentation is paramount for the future maintainability.
